Bone grafting is actually a simple procedure, usually carried out under general anaesthetic. We’ll take a small amount of bone, usually from the back of your jaw, and screw it into the area where the bone is missing. The grafted bone will soon fuse with the original bone, leaving you with a perfectly remodeled jaw – ready for treatments such as dental implants.
