We will have shortly an online request form for a our patients. Alternatively, you can make an appointment by calling the clinic on 01344 891 230 or visiting the practice.

If you are experiencing dental pain which can’t be relieved by taking an over-the-counter painkiller, or you require emergency dental treatment out of hours, please call the practice and listen to our recorded message.
